Budding Artist

A is quite the little artist these days. She is loving her Clementine Crayons from her Fraunt Jamie and Fruncle Randy (friend aunt and uncle, in case you were wondering). These crayons were made in Boulder, one of the many amazing things I realized originated there during our trip (Celestial Seasonings Tea, Justin's Nut Butter, and Crocs to name a few others). Here she is, very focused and in her element...

In addition to making masterpieces, A has found many other useful ways to use her crayons...

Tasting them every once in a while, just to check and make sure that they still taste like soy and other natural crayon elements.

Coloring the wood floor with them.

Taking them in and out of their box again, and again, and again.

Coloring her face and arms.

and

Hiding them in her clothes to surprise us all when we get ready for bed or change a diaper.

She's pretty much the cutest little baby artist ever.

Adorable! I actually feel like I'm looking at a picture of myself in that first one...such concentration!! I have a tendency to get a little too focused when I'm in creative mode, haha. Might be a first-born thing :)
