Music Mondays

The girl and I are taking a music class together on Mondays. It is an absolutely wonderful time. A loves it, and the joy on her face and little happy dancing in her body are just incredible. Not to be that mom, but I swear that the other parents are grinning at her absolute delight over it all. We're talking an open mouth grin/laugh for the majority of class. There is nothing more thrilling than watching her loving her interact with other kids and the world around her. Okay, enough sap. But it's true. This last week she was in such a happy mood after class that I decided to delay naptime a bit with a lunch date at the cafe next door to where we take class (Happy Bambino, my favorite little place and also where I teach tot yoga!). Here are a few pics from our lunch date. It was already delightful, and then we found the little bags of Mr. Potato Heads in the back of the restaurant especially for little people like A. She loved playing with the Potato and was totally intense about it. The glasses helped her focus, even though they were too small to stay up. Too too cute. Love this girl.
