What Not to Say to a Very Pregnant Woman

(and yes, these all have been said to me in recent days...)

• Wow! You are looking huge!
• It is really great that your two year old is doing so well with potty training. Just be prepared though, that I'm sure she'll regress entirely once the new baby comes. 
• Did you know that you're much bigger than you were your last pregnancy?
• Look at that belly button!
• Whoa. That baby's gonna be a big one.
• Oh no! You still have your big belly! We gotta get this baby out!

(Disclaimer - the last comment came from a client who doesn't know any better - and really just made me want to hug him.  All the rest, however, came from people who should indeed know better and have better social skills, especially many women who have been pregnant themselves. Really.)
